“And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-11, KJV)

The Third Angel proclaims a warning of unprecedented proportion; this is a declaration that every single individual is responsible, and there will be no Mercy in this Judgment, for when the cup gets full, the Judgment of God will commence; this “cup” is not only full, but is running over with evil. Ever be mindful that everyone who receives the mark of the beast will assuredly, undoubtedly, go to Eternal Hell, and this looks ahead to the Great White Throne Judgment of Chapter 20. The consciousness of all souls in Hell will be eternal, just as was borne out in Luke 16:19-31.
The torment, agony, anguish, memory, emotions, etc will be in unbroken continuance for all in Hell. Every song, hymn, altar call, every church visit, every plea for your soul will play like a 33rpm over and over again, yet you’ll never leave Hell. Same as every resistance, every denial, every blasphemy, every sin, every bitter hateful moment, in Hell torment is on every front, not just a singular point.
Hell’s torment is and will be spiritual, emotional, and psychological.
