The authority of the messenger does not validate the message, it’s the opposite! The message validates the messenger, and no matter the person, their ‘authority’ never determines the truth. No matter what degree, no matter the amount of parishioners in the church, no matter the dark stage or strobe lights, no matter the name or the background!
The message is what is being proclaimed not who, and regardless of the source, if it deviates from the truth, it is a sin to preach a  false gospel.
“But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so I say now again, If any man preacheth any other gospel to you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” (Galatians 1:8-10)

If the message is other than Jesus Christ and Him Crucified, risen from the dead, saved by Grace; then let these liars be eternally condemned; the Holy Spirit speaks this through Paul, making this very serious.
In essence, Paul is saying, “do I Preach man’s doctrine, or God’s?”or do I seek to please men?
This is what false apostles do, they seek to fill pews and coffers. However, the Holy Spirit says plainly that one cannot please both men and God at the same time.
Mispoken words, on occasion, incorrect definitions etc only prove poor study habits but here we are talking about repetition with intent
“Daniel Fasts, 40 days of purpose, CR , how to be a better you”, and thousands of other such foolish items that do not truly promote who Christ and Grace really are

“Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in by it. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth to life, and few there are that find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14)
The ‘gate’ is the Door, Who is Jesus [John 10:1] and then here we see it proclaimed the fact of many and varied religions of the world, which are false, and lead to eternal hell fire, even so called true Christian denominations and ministries.
Yet we definitely know that every contrite heart earnestly desires to be among the “few”; yet the requirements are greater than most are willing to accept. The giving up or giving away or removing yourself from the sinful walk and ways you’re tied to are hard to leave, much like addiction.
Facts are: so many people have justified and watered down sin and it’s truth that they are lost and don’t know it.
